The Blade(s):
This knife features a larger clip point blade and a smaller pen blade. with the larger one featuring a swedge grind, a long nail nick for opening and a cutting edge of 2.1". The small blade has a nail nick with a 1.4" cutting edge. The 1095 carbon steel blades have a polished finish with a solid half stop. The "NORTHFIELD UN-X-LD" trade mark logo is etched on the larger blade.andnbsp;
The Handle Construction:
The handle scales are Sambar Stag and all attaching pieces are low carbon steel. This fine knife features the "UN-X-LD" shield for the display side. The handle scale edges are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife pleasant to hold. The bolster, end cap, liners and pins are low carbon steel. The fit and finish and blade action are excellent with a crisp action when opened and closed.
