Pre ordered as soon as TKC posted during Blade Show. Been waiting since last year for the release and glad Esee was able to release it. Added TKC extended handles and love how this knife slices. Highly recommend the S35VN and TKC handles!

Excellent in all facets

I have an Architect 5.5 in both 1095, as well as one of the new 3V models. In addition, I also have one of the 6.5's, so I feel I can speak accurately to the Architect knives.. The blanks are done very well, as you can expect since Tops does them. Just like with TKC's Esee scales, they are excellent and incredibly comfortable during use, with no hot spots. The blade shape is very useful, and although the spine thickness is a little more on the thick

Perfect addition

This fire steel is a perfect addition to my esee 6 knife sheath. This fire steel is 4 inches end to end. It fits perfectly in its own little kydex sheath with no play. There is also a little bungee chord that holds it tight in place. If all you have is your esee knife and a fire starter, you can survive anything! Get one!!!!
