Our choice of free shipping (within USA, including Alaska, Hawaii and APOs) is applied to any orders over $99.00. You may choose one of the upgraded shipping options as well.
UPS is highly recommended.
Shipping under $99.00 starts at $7.95. Please enter your address on the shopping cart page to see available options. Optional package insurance is offered by Route.com at checkout for a small fee. You may deselect this if no insurance is desired.
After your order is placed, you will receive email confirmation, and another email after it has shipped, including a tracking number if applicable. Please remember that Point-to-point tracking is done at the discretion of the carrier.
Most order ship same day, or next business day. Any product showing IN STOCK is either on our shelves or on a truck en-route to us.
PLEASE NOTE: Occasionally we update product inventory quantities when a truck is en-route from our supplier. This can delay shipping 2-5 days. If your order is time-sensitive (Christmas gift, Birthday gift etc.) please let us know in the comments box during checkout.
Long delays can happen with USPS. UPS should be close to the estimated delivery time.

To ship to a US Military Address (To ship to a US Military Address (Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific), please do the following:
On the checkout page, uncheck the checkbox for "use my billing address"
For "Address", enter the address (ie: PSC 4526 Box 856)
For "City", enter APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office)
Note: APO is used for All Army Units, FPO is used for Navy & Marines
For "State", select Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific
For "Country", select United States
For "Zip/postal code", enter the zip code of the APO/FPO address you're shipping to

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days for an exchange on a different item or get a refund subject to the following terms:
- Knives cannot be used or re-sharpened
- All items must be in new condition as when sent
- Custom handle scales cannot be installed
- Product Packaging must be in new condition with all original paperwork
- If you have an account on our website, please initiate the return through your account
- Include a copy of the sales receipt with your return, with a note telling us what you want to do

If the above conditions are not met, a proportional amount of up to 50% may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanged items are subject to a $9.95 return shipping charge on U. S. A. orders. Exchanges for international orders are subject to a $9.95 exchange fee plus the shipping charges for the exchanged item being sent to the customer. Exchanges can ONLY be made for items that are in stock.
Refunds on all items are subject to a 10% Transaction Expense Recovery Fee, up to a maximum of $25.00. For example, a returned $500.00 knife will be subject to the $25.00 return fee, rather than the full 10%.
Returned items must be sent with the shipping prepaid (this includes items returned due to warranty issues). We suggest that you insure the package as you are responsible for risk of loss on all returned packages. We also suggest that you make sure to pack the container properly for return as theknifeconnection.com will not issue credit for product damaged while being sent back to us due to poor packaging and/or handling practices. Shipping on returned items is nonrefundable. We do not issue call tags for product returns. If an item is returned for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange item.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for closeout items.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless there is a defective item, or an error on our part that requires a return.
In this case we would pay for the shipping cost but our obligation is to reimburse the customer for the lowest cost shipping method available through the United States Postal Service.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you received all of the items as shown on your packing slip. Failure to report shipping discrepancies within five days makes it difficult to accurately determine the problem so discrepancies reported after five days will not be credited.
