The Blade(s):
This knife features a single clip point blade with a swedge grind and a long nail nick for opening. The cutting edge is 2.1". The 1095 carbon steel blade has a satin finish with a solid half stop.
The Handle Construction:
The handle scales are matte finished Desert Ironwood and all attaching pieces are low carbon steel. The handle scale edges are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife pleasant to hold. The brushed bolster and end cap, liners and pins are low carbon steel. There is a "Propeller" shield on the display side. The fit and finish and blade action are excellent with a crisp action when opened and closed.
