The Blade(s):
This #81 Bull Moose pocket knife has a Clip Point blade and a Spear Point blade. Both blades are 1095 steel and have a satin finish. The Clip Point blade has a cutting edge of 2.875" with the Spear Point blade being 2.814". Both blades have a nail nick for opening. The nail nicks are on opposite sides making blade selection easier.
The Handle Construction:
The handle length is 4" and provides a solid four finger hold for most people. A Nickel Silver Bolster and Nickel Silver End Cap adorn each end of the handle. The knifes great looks is accented by a Nickel Silver Inlay Shield with "TIDIOUTE" inscribed in it. The handle scales are Green Jigged Bone and the liners and pins are brass. The handle scale edges are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife more comfortable to hold.
