The Karesuando Kniven Galton EX Hunting Knife Walnut is a traditional Scandinavian style outdoor knife. It is a small to medium-sized fixed blade knife that has a "million and one uses". This knife is great for hunting, fishing and forest activities. It is also suitable for carving and could be used in all kinds of outdoor activities such as survival requirements, bushcraft and camping. It features an Oiled Walnut handle that has been hand carved to provide an incredibly comfortable grip. The Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade provides a strong cutting platform which offers excellent edge performance and corrosion resistance.
The blade features an internal tang that inserts well into the handle and is secured very firmly with a high grade epoxy so that it won't come loose. In fact, Karesuando offers a 10 year warranty that if the blade ever comes loose, you will get a new knife. The internal tang design is very beneficial from a weight perspective.
