Description
The LT Wright Small Pouter kitchen knife is a small to medium-sized general purpose cooking/table knife. It features an ample handle length allowing for excellent versatility depending on what type of food is being cut. It works well for everything from meat to fruit and vegetables. The cutting edge is 3" and the handle is 3.625" long. The Large Pouter features Austrian made AEB-L stainless steel. This is the same steel that they make razor blades from. AEB-L holds a very good edge with the carbon content allowing for ease of sharpening and the chromium content helping in the rust prevention of the steel.
This Small Pouter DOES NOT come with a sheath.
