It makes a great general purpose pocket knife no matter what your daily duties are. This robust knife is made to provide dependable service for years. Made with pride in Titusville, PA. We are an authorized Great Eastern Cutlery Dealer and purchased this new knife direct from them.
The Blade(s):
The Farm and Field Tool #21 Bull Buster Work Knife features a 1095 steel, drop point blade allowing the knife to be quite versatile for slicing or general utility purposes. The blade has a cutting edge of 3.38" and a nail nick for opening. The blade has a satin finish and has "Bull Buster" with a bull graphic etched on it. When deployed, the blade has a pronounced half stop and once past the half stop, it snaps solidly into the fully deployed position.
The Handle Construction:
The handle size allows for a solid four finger hold. The handle scales are durable Black Linen Micarta and the attaching hardware is brass. The liners are stainless steel. The handle scale edges are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife pleasant to hold. The fit and finish are excellent and the blade action is crisp when opening and closing.
