The Great Eastern Cutlery GEC K42SS Steak Knife is a kitchen knife for cutting fruits, vegetables and other food items. The blade is stainless steel which is ideal for kitchen use. The wharncliffe style blade is made from 440HC stainless steel. It has a cutting edge of 3.25" and the blade is .062" thick .
The Handle Construction:
The handle scales are Rustic Muslin Micarta. The handle is 3.812" long and .435" thick. The attaching pins are brass.
The knife weighs 1.7 ounces and has an overall length of 7.25".
Hand wash only, immediately dry and put a light coat of mineral oil on the metal.
Wash with dish soap and water prior to first use.
