Description
The Great Eastern Cutlery Northfield #44 Buffalo Jack (Gunstock) pocket knife is a classy knife that features two blades. Along with the great looks, it is a handy user knife for a variety of cutting tasks.
At 3.5" closed, the Buffalo Jack is a fairly large pocket knife but not so large that it is cumbersome to carry. With a larger clip point blade and a smaller pen blade, it can handle most any everyday cutting task that may come along.
The Buffalo Jack is a great knife for collectors and users as well.
We are an authorized Great Eastern Cutlery Dealer and purchased this new knife direct from them.
Made with pride in Titusville, PA.
The Blade(s):
This #44 Buffalo Jack pocket knife features a larger clip point blade with a 2.5" cutting edge and a smaller pen blade with a 2" cutting edge. Both are made from 1095 steel and have a polished finish. There is a nail nick on each one for opening. Both blades have a half stop position.
The Handle Construction:
The handle length is 3.5" and provides a four finger hold for most people. There is a Nickel Silver Bolster and end cap on the handle. The handle scales are Sambar Stag and the liners and pins are brass. The handle scale edges are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife more comfortable to hold.
