This #49 Freedom pocket knife features a Sheepsfoot blade made of 1095 steel with a polished finish. The blade has a cutting edge of 2.35". A nail nick is included for opening with the blade. The "NORTHFIELD UN-X-LD" Trade Mark is etched on the blade.
The Handle Construction:
The handle length is 3.20" and provides about a three finger hold depending on your hand size. A polished Nickel Silver Bolster and end cap adds to the aesthetics of the knife. The liners are brass, and pins are brass. The handle scale edges are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife more comfortable to hold.
