The Great Eastern Cutlery Northfield #78 pocket knife is is a medium sized knife that features two blades on one end. It is a traditionally styled knife with good eye appeal. The Blade(s):

This #78 American Jack pocket knife has a larger Spear Point blade and a smaller pen blade. Both blades are 1095 steel and have a polished finish. The larger blade has a cutting edge of 2.5" with the Pen blade being 2". Both blades have a nail nick for opening with the larger blade featuring a long pull. Both blades also have a half stop position. The larger blade has "NORTHFIELD UN-X-LD" etched on it.

The Handle Construction:

The handle length is 3.75" and provides a solid four finger hold for most people. A two groove Nickel Silver Bolster and Nickel Silver End Cap adorn each end of the handle. The handle scale edges are rounded and flush with the outside perimeter making the knife more comfortable to hold.
