The blade features a long, narrow point near the centerline, making it ideal for drilling and delicate tasks, while still offering enough belly for slicing and skinning. The square spine is sharpened for use with a firesteel and for scraping, and the plunge line's placement near the front of the handle enhances blade control.
A key design goal was to develop one of the most comfortable and versatile handles available, and this was achieved. The handle offers a secure and comfortable grip in various hold positions, and accommodates a wide range of hand sizes.
