Dan Certo is a well-known designer and maker of really serious, 'no nonsense' field knives. As a custom knife maker, he is continually busy, both filling orders and creating new designs.
It has been TOPS' pleasure to work with this great guy in the past on the famed 'Punisher Knife' from the movie, and more recently on his M1 Midget project. Both knives have a great following of real 'users.'
His latest project with TOPS is his formidable M1 Sub Compact. Although smaller than its two big brothers, the solid design is highly functional, has many uses, and its strength to size ratio is enormous. As a neck hanger, or hide-away, the options are limitless.
