The Tidioute #85 Crown Lifter Bullet End knife is a classy knife with many practical uses. This medium-sized folder is a slip joint type pocket knife featuring two blades. The handle is long enough to provide a four finger hold for most people. The handle is easy to hold and nicely shapped allowing it to slip in and out of your pocket very easily. The Blade(s):

This knife features two blades made of 1095 steel. The main blade has a spear point with a cutting edge of 2.45". The secondary blade features a bottle opener with a very usable flat screw driver tip and is 1.75" long. Both blades have a half stop, a satin finish and a nail nick for opening with the main blade featuring a "long pull". The blades deploy very smoothly, parking with a solid click. The main blade is etched with "Crown Lifter", a glass bottle and an elf carrying the bottle cap with the words "Marilla Spring Water" on it.

The Handle Construction:

The handle scales are Cherry Natural Smooth Bone and the attaching pins and liners are brass. The bolster, "bullet" end cap and "Coke Bottle" inlay shield are nickel silver. The handle scales are nicely shaped and are flush with the outside perimeter making the knife comfortable to hold. The fit and finish are excellent as is expected of a Great Eastern Cutlery knife.
