The GEC #05 Keychain Knife is a little knife that can come in very handy at times. Made with pride in Titusville, PA. We are an authorized Great Eastern Cutlery Dealer and purchased this new knife direct from them.

The Blade(s):

This knife features a single Spearpoint style blade. There is a half stop. There is a circle with three "P" letters inside the circle which stands for "Pattern Production Premier" on the right side of the blade since this run is the first run for the new #05 pattern. The 420HC Stainless Steel blade has a satin finish and deploys very smoothly locking with a solid click. The park spring tension holds the blade firmly in place when closed.

The Handle Construction:

The handle scales are Sambar Stag. The attaching pins and liners are nickel silver and the spring is stainless steel. The handle scales are flush with the outside perimeter making the knife comfortable to hold. The fit and finish are excellent and the blade action is smooth with a solid lock-up when deployed or parked.

Due to the nature of Sambar Stag, the handle thickness and appearance will vary from knife to knife.
