Defiant 7 Bullie
The Bullie is a classic belt knife designed by Tom Krein—built for hikers, hunters, camp users, and preparedness-minded field professionals who demand genuine utility across a wide range of cutting tasks. This Mississippi-made knife features a 4-inch Böhler K110 carbon tool steel blade at 0.19 inches thick with a tumbled finish, hardened to 59-60 HRC for exceptional edge retention and field-expedient sharpening capability. At 8.5 inches overall and 7.7 ounces, the Bullie delivers commanding capability for serious camp work, game processing, trail maintenance, or as a reliable EDC companion for those seeking slightly larger than normal pocket carry without excess weight.
The K110 carbon tool steel proves legendary for its ability to accept a field-expedient edge while away from home—serious edge retention paired with practical maintainability. The G-10 scales with a smooth finish provide excellent ergonomics and work equally well with or without gloves during demanding use. The substantial 0.19-inch blade stock maintains rigidity through serious chopping or prying without flex. The ambidextrous Kydex sheath with IWB loop accommodates flexible carry positioning while remaining compatible with Tek-Lok, Discreet Carry Concept clips, UltiClip, and other aftermarket attachments. Tom Krein's philosophy prioritizes genuine utility—a knife designed to serve hikes, hunts, camp work, and preparedness duty with equal competence. This is serious capability wrapped in practical design.
