The 3.85" S35VN Wharncliffe blade is engineered for durability and cutting efficiency. Heat-treated to HRC 59–61, it delivers excellent wear resistance and long-lasting sharpness while remaining tough enough for demanding environments. The blade’s flat grind and satin/sand-polished finish provide smooth slicing performance with a clean, modern aesthetic.
One of the standout features of the Proponent is its “Lock Pin” safety system. When inserted through the handle and blade, it completely immobilizes the knife—turning it into a true fixed-blade platform.
