The Karesuando Kniven Giron is a traditional Scandinavian style outdoor knife. It is a compact fixed blade knife that you will find very useful as you go throughout your day. This knife is great for small to medium-sized game, fishing and everyday carry. It is also suitable for whittling, carving and other fine work. It features an Oiled Curly Birch and Reindeer Antler handle that has been hand carved to provide an incredibly comfortable grip. The Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade provides a strong cutting platform which offers excellent edge performance and corrosion resistance.

Since all Karesuando Kniven axes and knives are handmade, no two are exactly alike enhancing their collectability.

The blade features an internal tang that inserts well into the handle and is secured very firmly with a high grade epoxy so that it won't come loose. In fact, Karesuando offers a 10 year warranty that if the blade ever comes loose, you will get a new knife. The internal tang design is very beneficial from a weight perspective.
