Description
Lishen Knives Puma
The Puma from Lishen Knives is a handmade fixed blade from Christian Lishen's small-batch workshop in Bristol, Tennessee—built for campers, bushcraft users, and outdoor enthusiasts who want a compact, capable knife for everyday camp tasks and field work. This knife features a 3.1-inch AEB-L blade at 0.12 inches thick, delivering a strong balance of toughness, corrosion resistance, and cutting performance. At 7.1 inches overall and 4.90 ounces, the Puma is a smaller, lighter companion to the Puma 2, easy to carry while still handling everyday outdoor jobs.
The blue canvas Micarta scales are secured with aluminum pins and sit over red liners, giving the handle a bold color contrast and a secure grip in wet or dry conditions. Because the handle is canvas Micarta, the layered texture is consistent in character while each knife carries its own subtle variations. AEB-L steel is known for taking and holding a sharp edge, and it responds well to field sharpening when you're far from home. Lishen's hand-finished production means each Puma is built with the careful attention that defines the workshop's work.
