Description
The best selling LT Wright GNS now has a BIG brother... the Mongo GNS. Featuring all of the great characteristics of the GNS, the Mongo GNS is made to handle large outdoor tasks whether it be batoning, shelter building, large animal break-down or de-limbing.
With excellent balance, handle comfort and a versatile blade profile, the Mongo GNS can be used for a variety of outdoor uses for extended periods of time without hand fatige. Even though it is a large knife, the design allows it to efficiently do some finer work as well such as making fuzz sticks.
This fine knife features O1 tool steel which has a great track record as an outdoor knife steel. It is a simple carbon steel that will take a very keen edge and is tough which makes this an excellent knife for aggressive users.
The handle scales are held on with two ton epoxy and "fisheye" bolts assuring a lifetime of dependable use.
Whether you are building a shelter in the Blue Ridge Mountains, making fuzz sticks at camp or breaking down a Moose in Canada, the dependable Mongo GNS knife will get the job done quickly and efficiently!
A heavy duty leather dangler sheath is included. The dangler can be removed so the knife can be carried in the "high ride" position if desired.
