Description

The LT Wright Traveler kitchen knife is a large general purpose cooking knife. It features a large handle allowing for excellent versatility depending on what type of food is being cut. It works well for everything from meat to vegetables. The Traveler features Austrian made AEB-L stainless steel. This is the same steel that they make razor blades from. AEB-L holds a very good edge with the carbon content allowing for ease of sharpening and the chromium content helping in the rust prevention of the steel.
