KA-BAR Knives
KA BAR Knives (pronounced “kay-bar”, and sometimes spelled Ka-Bar) enjoy legendary status among those who know even a little bit about knives. They have their origins early in the 20th century, when the US War Department recognized a need for a fighting knife that could also serve as a tool in the field. From 1942 to 1943, the design of the first KA-BAR Knives were completed and the first production was shipped to American soldiers serving in World War II, where it became infamous as the “USMC fighting knife”. Today, KA BAR knives are still appreciated for their simplicity, versatility, and imposing silhouette. They’re just as practical today as they were nearly 100 years ago. Add one to your collection today and take it into the field. These knives deserve to be used, not displayed.
