The LT Wright Large Pouter kitchen knife is a medium-sized general purpose cooking knife. It features a generous length handle allowing for excellent versatility depending on what type of food is being cut. It works well for everything from meat to vegetables. The cutting edge is 4.5" and the handle is 4.125" long. The Large Pouter features Austrian made AEB-L stainless steel. This is the same steel that they make razor blades from. AEB-L holds a very good edge with the carbon content allowing for ease of sharpening and the chromium content helping in the rust prevention of the steel.
