The Very Good Knife Company Rogue is a lightweight, general-purpose fixed blade designed by Gabriel Rimmer of Last Huntsman Outdoors. New for Spring 2026, the Rogue combines a capable 4-inch blade, secure ergonomics, and practical belt-carry options in a streamlined package built for everyday utility, outdoor work, and field use.
The Rogue features a 4-inch AEB-L stainless-steel spear-point blade finished in Black Cerakote. Its flat, high-saber grind and 0.125-inch blade stock create an efficient cutting profile while maintaining the strength needed for demanding tasks. The centered spear-point design provides a strong tip and versatile cutting performance for slicing, camp chores, food preparation, and general utility work. The Black Cerakote finish adds surface protection while giving the knife a bold, low-profile appearance.
This version is fitted with Black and Orange G-10 handle scales, creating a striking layered look that complements the dark blade finish. G-10 offers excellent durability, moisture resistance, and low-maintenance performance, making it well suited for regular field use. The contrasting orange layers add visual depth and improve visibility without taking away from the Rogue’s rugged character.
Inspired by the comfortable ergonomics of the Counter Strike, the Rogue’s sculpted handle provides a positive, controlled grip in multiple hand positions. Its 4.25-inch handle offers enough room for a secure full grip while maintaining the compact size and low weight needed for comfortable belt carry.
The Rogue includes a minimal taco-style Kydex sheath compatible with small and large Tek-Lok systems, the UltiClip Slim 3.3, and many other aftermarket attachments. An attached vertical belt loop and an additional scout-carry loop provide multiple carry options straight out of the box.
With an overall length of 8.3 inches and a weight of approximately 5.2 ounces, the Rogue is a sturdy, capable, and lightweight belt knife ready for everyday carry, outdoor adventures, and general field use.
