Danish knife-maker Jens Anso realized a long-time dream when he joined the Zero Tolerance team. One of the first results of the collaboration with Jens was the ZT 0220.
The Zero Tolerance 0220 is a sleek, practical design with custom touches that makes it a must have knife for any knife collector. The blade features a modified drop-point with a slight recurve cutting edge. The blade is made of premium S35VN stainless steel for years of dependable service. S35VN stainless steel is a powdered metallurgy steel that is tough, wear resistant and resists chipping. Niobium and vanadium carbides are added to the steel composition which provides a razor-sharp edge and enhanced edge retention. The 0220s attractive stonewashed blade finish looks good and hides scratches from use.
The 0220s stonewashed blade is matched with a bead-blasted titanium handle providing a contrasting combination making the 0220 exceptionally handsome. Zero Tolerances KVT ball-bearing system makes it fast and easy to open by just activating the flipper. The 0220 also features a solid titanium frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert and a reversible, deep-carry clip.
To enhance the 0220s custom look and feel, Jens added a decorative pivot as well as a ZT logo medallion near the butt of the knife. The anodized aluminum backspacer features a built-in lanyard attachment.
